Body Composition
- Weight (pounds) / BMI
- Optimal Range: [Depends on height – check the chart]
- Body Fat %
Sleep
- Total time slept (minutes)
- Optimal Range: [Adults: 7-8 hours]
- Total deep time slept (minutes)
- Optimal Range: [20% of total sleep time, or 3 REM cycles]
Heart Rate Variability (HRV)

- Optimal Range: [n/a – changes daily based on object HRV measurement]
Blood Pressure
- Systolic / Diastolic
- Optimal Range: [Normal: Systolic less than 120, Diastolic less than 80]
